This seems to be the reaction to the reality that Twitter most certainly broke Irish employment law in the manner that they conducted themselves. Musk catering to edgelords on Twitter has the potential to be quite costly for him. I don’t think the Irish Courts will look too kindly to an employer sacking hundreds of people without a process, notice or any reasonable attempts to consult with employees in the run up to the announcement last Friday.
“Company intends to not break the law” doesn’t seem entirely headline worthy
