  1. Temperate rain forests also still exist in the U.S. at Olympia National Park, and on some small areas on the Atlantic coast of Norway.

  2. I wandered into one of these on a walk, just thinking we were going to walk through some woods. They’re pretty incredible places, felt very different to a normal forest.

  3. Wistmans wood in Dartmoor is one of them. I went to visit it a few years ago. Spooky as hell and almost impenetrable.
