Flags of the Swedish cities Norrköping and Umeå?

  1. I’m working on a project about the flags of Swedish cities. *Flags of the World* says this about [Swedish municipal flags](https://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/se-mun.html#generalnote):

    >All Swedish municipalities, provinces (landskap) and counties (län) have official flags derived directly from their arms, in the form of banners-of-arms, if they have arms (which most of them have). The flag is a square representation of the shield of the arms.

    >(Aside from this, many regions and provinces have their own, unofficial flags. Municipalities are not always aware of what their official flag should look like, and are often using other flags, often as a white flag with the arms upon.)

Wikimedia Commons lists a number of [Swedish municipal flags](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Flags_of_municipalities_of_Sweden), mostly banners of arms (that is, the design on the coat of arms adapted to fit a square or rectangular flag). But from viewing city halls on Google Street View I have found that the second paragraph I quoted is often true, that cities often fly some other flag than their official banner of arms.

Using Google Street View I have managed to find the actual flags in use for all but two cities: Norrköping and Umeå. Does anyone have any information on these? Or are there places that it might be worth while for me to check on Google Street View other than the city hall and library?

  2. City coat of arms, Norrköping does not have a flag.

Edit: Östergötland however does have a [flag](https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fflaggstangspris.se%2Fpics%2Fproducts%2Fhigh%2F1651247741_regionsflagga-ostergotland.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fflaggstangspris.se%2Fflaggor-vimplar%2Fflagga-ostergotland%2F9300&tbnid=0M1NCrDbAX0tYM&vet=12ahUKEwiBh42FlKP7AhVKlosKHVW0D8cQMygHegUIARDNAQ..i&docid=Lq7kGT5htARB0M&w=600&h=600&q=%C3%B6sterg%C3%B6tland%20flagga&ved=2ahUKEwiBh42FlKP7AhVKlosKHVW0D8cQMygHegUIARDNAQ).
