Line splits up the road but it is one way.
The white line between the shark teeth indicates that there is place for a second car to go into that street, but there is a stop sign so it makes no sense.
Traffic sign ‘verboden doorgang’ is placed too far behind the beginning of the street / too far behind the intersection.
It’s autumn, but the trees are still green and full of leaves.
The wrongness is that there is plenty of safe parkingspace for cars, but only 50cm for bikes just next to the carlane.
Like everywhere in Belgium.
I know you are aiming at the markings (line, shark’s teeth), but I find the absence of a pedestrian crossing far worse.
Looking at the shades of white and the fact that 1 shark tooth is painted over the white line, I assume this used to be a 2 way street for cars.
The city/town/settlement decided to make this a one way street, thus painting the shark teeth across the whole width of the street and placing the “don’t enter except bikes and <brommers?> sign”.
The red cycling lane was freshly painted and either this is still a work in progress or they forgot to paint the remaining shark teeth and they forgot to remove the white dividing line that used to be part of the previous situation

Men kan niet in die straat binnenrijden (zie verbodsbord), dus er is geen nood aan die witte middenlijn. Aangezien er niemand in kan rijden.

there shoud be a sign there but a drunk student stole it because why not ?
The main problem, I think, is that the plan is to get shark teeth along the entire width of the street, but there appears to be no bicycle lanes in the 1-way street, so cars going left out of 1-way street might take left turn while bicycles can go in, causing dangerous situation.
The least they could do is a bicycle suggestion lane in the 1-way street to make clear that cyclists might come from the left into the street.

What’s wrong is dat er leesbare nummerplaten op de foto staan, also bad road design but just add a lane and that problem should be fixed
