St. Martin Umzug. Typically kids walking with a lantern to praise St. Martin.
Don’t know why these fucks are doing it on the 12th. St Martin day is 11th November.
Any context?

What’s there to explain?
Some kind of Umzug, nothing special. The Nazis had to steal their stuff from somewhere. Not even the symbol is an original.
My kids had one organised by school yesterday. They had no idea what’s going on, but enjoyed it nevertheless.
It’s the annual purge night
I guess it‘s a Krieger- and Soldatenverein who take care of the graves and monuments dedicated to the fallen.
Tomorrow is Volkstrauertag (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkstrauertag?wprov=sfti1) – guess some do start the commemorstions on Saturday Night already.
