You want to fix the streaming system to give musicians a better share? Split google, split Amazon, split Apple.
Prevent them from subsidizing their music services with profitable parts of their monopolies. Force Apple and Google to cut their app fees and/or split their their music services off.
This artificial subsidy is undercutting the market which leads to price depression by all parties. Musicians are the ones getting hurt.
Spotify is a private company,. they can give as little or as much as they want.
It’s up to artists (and labels) who sign up to the platform to agree
