Boy found guilty of murder of Urantsetseg Tserendorj

  1. This case made me so angry.

A scumbag killing a hard working taxpayer who in her limited time here in Ireland contributed far more our society than this little fucker ever will.

  2. >Evidence that the boy produced a knife again after attacking Ms Tserendorj while trying and failing to steal a phone from a second woman a short time later was ruled out at the previous trial but admitted at this trial.

Could see that making the difference this time alright.

Tragic for the Tserendorj family, and nothing ever brings her back, but at least some level of justice has been done.

  3. >His lawyers claimed there was no evidence that the boy intended to kill Ms Tserendorj, that he was intoxicated and his only intention was to steal from her.

    >However, the prosecution case was that he repeatedly
lashed out at her with a knife in a callous, unprovoked and vicious act of thuggery intended to cause an injury

Why should someone like this ever see the light of day again? Lock him up and throw away the key

  4. There was a big debate on here a while back (I guess for the earlier trial?) where people bought into the defence argument that he couldn’t have meant to kill her because he did such a bad job of it when he stabbed her in the neck that it took her days to die. As if incompetence is an excuse for murder.

  5. The absurdity in law that what is going through a murderous thugs mind when he kills you is what determines his sentence must end.

You kick someone in the head you’re not doing dental work. You stab someone in the neck you’re not giving them a shave. What you think shouldn’t matter. Well done to the majority on this jury who put this pos away for murder and showed a respect for that poor woman that pos never did.

  6. Parents should be right beside him in the jail cell. Heroin addicts who gave the kid no chance and bear even more responsibility for the poor woman’s death. Start locking them away with their children, hold them accountable, and you might see a few families straighten out their kids before they can do this kind of damage.

  7. It always amazes and drives me mad in equal measure the amount of people in Ireland who have sympathy for the perpetrator in cases like this. No matter how egregious the crime. People on here lamenting the governments role, tragic upbringing etc. Give it a rest this guy never deserves to see the light of day. But, given it’s Ireland, he’ll be a free man in a few short years.

  8. His friends outside the childrens court mocking her friends and family who gathered was disgusting. Saw it multiple times, just had to get their digs in.

  9. I’ve very little time for the arguments blaming upbringing for someone being a murderer. Many people that grew up in horrible upbringings are salt of earths and have made a success of themselves.

Barry Keoghane had a similar traumatic heroin impacted upbringing in Dublin and became a Hollywood actor, not going around with a knife murdering innocent women.

  10. this kid will be institutionalised for the next 20 years. When he comes back onto the streets, he’ll be like a zombie – hopefully.

I was so ashamed when I heard this story. That we produce such human vermin is really depressing. The very worst of humanity destroying the best.

If those stories about scumbags taunting this woman’s relatives outside the court are true, then the cops really hsould have intervened and made some arrests. Then a judge should have thrown the fucking book them – but I already know that no such thing happened.

  11. >The boy who cannot be named because of his age

Fuck that. Old enough to make the conscious decision to kill an innocent person, old enough to be publicly named and shamed for it.

  12. This boy had a history of violent robberies. If he had been in custody for the robberies he wouldn’t have been free to kill this hardworking lady. He deserves a life sentence. A tragic destruction of two lives.

He committed this knife robbery in October 2019:

  13. > He told them he panicked and pulled a knife out of his pocket. He said he stabbed the woman in the neck and did not mean to do it.

I hate when I panic and then produce a knife and stab someone by accident.

Happens too often with my panic attacks and all 🙁

  14. I’m sure multiple previous crimes committed

    Carrying a knife

    Breaking lockdown rules

    Robbery x2 within same night

Death caused by knife attacked -aggravated assault murder charge minimum

Tolerating excuses for this shit is what allows the society to slip towards lawlessness
Addicted parents blah blah with drawl due to heroin mother and NICU – NOTHING AT ALL RELATED to attacking someone with a knife 14 yrs later!

  15. “The court heard evidence that the boy’s mother and father each had a very serious addiction to heroin and he was raised by his grandmother.”

“She said the boy had been abusing drugs from the age of 12”

Not doing a great job raising your kids or grandkids there granny.
