Someone with a soul trying to ensure their property goes to someone who will live in it
Someone who wants a family to get a nice home without some scumbag middleman profiting of it first.
Previous owner stating a preference maybe ? Haven’t seen it before but I like it !
I sold a house last April, chose a young family over some hedge fund. I met them, they were sound, cost me a little but delighted I did.
Fair play to this company. They’ll still sell it but can be a part of the solution rather than the problem.
Why in earth there can’t be a pause on properties being sold as investments during a housing shortage is beyond me. It’s an election no brainer.
If we can close night clubs for the public good then why not make sure we give citizens a shot at a house first.
An individual can be an investor too. How can the seller know that it won’t be purchased as an investment?
This is a dublin city council affordable housing scheme development. You must have a dublin city council mortgage to buy. Or cash buyer owner-occupier.
Nice.
It’s either council led affordable housing or a new build which An Board Pleanala have conditioned that it cannot be sold to a corporate entity as part of the planning permission.
No. 69, fuck yeah!
No.69 nice
Probably managed estate with T&C’s not to be sold to be let, but for family living.
Because landlords are bottom feeders.
Because it’s in Darndale?…
Its a Co-op house.
Person who buys it then gets an offer from an investor makes a handy profit, gets to buy a not on the Northside/s
We sort of interviewed with the people who sold us our house. They wanted to meet us to be sure they were selling to a family who would enjoy the same sort of childhood they had
