AKP losing one-third of its votes seems huge, but the next parliamentary elections are only in 2023. AKP could have recovered a lot of lost ground by then.
And what about DEVA, is that a real competitor with credible figures, or a spoiler party to split the opposition?
Looks promising. Fingers crossed.
Time for another “””””””coup””””””” then

Erdogan will be ErdoGONE
We should keep in mind that the owner of AKAM is a member of CHP. Still, fingers crossed.
Turkey without erdogan risks becoming a new third world. I know this is controversial, people hate him because of his obsession with Islam and rightly so. I don’t think it’s the right move trying to erode the secular state that turkey is to turn it into a medieval theocracy .
However erdogan has been great for turkey, during his presidency his country witnessed an unparalleled growth, he created an impressive Healthcare system from scratch of very high quality whereas before Healthcare wasn’t even universal.
Gdp tremendously grew during all those years. Yes he’s authoritarian no doubt about that, not a fan of some of his policies or his rethoric, however what he achieved it’s undeniably impressive if you compare it objectively.
He was handed a third world country and he turned it into one that on many aspects it’s much better than many other European countries. But I’ll admit that he seems to be headed towards a full retard mode recently.
A weak westernophile leader on the other hand risks doing pretty much the opposite of what’s good for turkey. Kinda like our Italian leaders did in the latest 20 years.
Im pretty sure eu wants tall man in game because of refugee crisis.
