Hej everyone. I just bought this at the grocery store and I didn’t see it was only for the microwave which I don’t have. Does anyone have any advice for cooking it in the oven? It’s made of plastic so I don’t know if it’s oven safe or how long I should cook it for.

Edit: wow guys really big thanks for all the help offered. Really a microcosm for the country. Been here for 3 years and its been great. You guys even have me eating rødkål.
The food is now inside my belly and it was delicious.
I’s give it like 20 minutes at 180. Remember to put it in another tray.. That plastic will melt
I would reheat the sauce in a small pot, the meat in a frying pan, and the potatoes in a pot with half a cm of water
Light a small fire using your out of date furniture, and cook it upon there. You will solve two problems this way.
