  1. It’s a petty there isn’t more of a push to encourage healthier eating and improving cardiovascular health.

  2. Pretty much every time you hear of a “young” person with a severe case of COVID, it’s a morbidly obese 40 year old with type 2 diabetes.

  3. I wonder if the people screaming for vaccine mandates would be as receptive to exercise and healthy eating mandates….

  4. Not once have I heard a government official or NPHET recommend people get healthier, lose weight or even take additional vitamins if people feel their diet may be lacking. I guess considering they were against masks, against antigen tests and against hepa filters, people potentially getting healthier as a line of defence is a big no no too.

  5. This has been known for ages yet there’s still no recommendations from the government or nphet to lose weight and eat healthier. The virus has been particularly bad for over weight folks and they need to start including it in the advice being given.
