The last thing I thought I would see while exploring Jura

  1. The Jura mountains seem to be a hotspot for making/showcasing metal sculptures.

I have come across lonely farmhouses in obscure valleys with quite a collection of them out front.

  2. That factory is crazy. I took a tour of the yard and the amount of outlandish sculptures is shocking. Including stuff that shouldn’t be in high demand (colonial imagery, weird erotica, possibly both at once).

  3. Idk there are a few strange things like this around the north western parts of the country. Like the Geiger Museum in Gruyère

  4. Time for Fiirabe, I read Jira and things didn’t make that much sense. And yes, you can loose yourself in that too. If you stare too long into Jira, Jira stares into you.

  5. Does the “if you have to ask the price you can’t afford it” rule apply or were these pieces reasonably priced?
