  2. Thats class. There is a history of physics in Ireland, great that we’re deciding to join the frontier of our universal understanding alongside the rest of humanity.

    Also I just know there are going to be comments saying ‘the money could be spent on building houses’.

  3. The best days of CERN may be behind it. A lot of the the post-Boson particle-hunting looks like an unscientific crap shoot. A lot of the research is unfalsifiable. Could we get aboard ITER instead?
