Estonian climate tech startup Zerofy has launched a [**Shared Solar plant in Estonia**](https://zerofy.net/shared-solar.html)**.** Anyone in the world can lease a solar panel from the plant, and begin producing solar energy, reduce their CO2 emissions, and earn money as the electricity is sold into the grid at actual market prices. For those who already have rooftop solar but have maxed out their capacity, Shared Solar can expand their portfolios. In Feb 2023, users will be able to see the electricity produced, avoided CO2 emissions, and earnings, in real-time in the Zerofy app.
