Can’t speak for all of 🇲🇰 maybe in bigger cities like Skopje it’s different.
My schools did not have lunch either ha. It was a small school. I am looking the images today in surprise, but, I didn’t go to college

In greece it’s “koulouri” (with sousami-sesame)
In the 90s my school, in Bulgaria, did not offer any lunch so I had to walk to the nearby coffee shop to get some food.
