If he wants this to stop then he knows what he needs to do. The best way to avoid criticism is to do your job properly, it’s not that hard to understand.
Blue plaques displaying information like this is a fantastic idea. Hopefully it’ll educate enough tory voting twits to stop voting tory. After more than a decade of Tory’s in power and nothing being done to help this country except make a few really rich people become even richer we as a nation need/must learn to stop Tories ever getting into power again. I love our local river but over the past 3/4 years its just got worse and worse. I went out last summer and it was in the worst state ive ever seen it.

What utter shite of an excuse. As if any upgrade plan would require water companies to casually dump as much sewage as they can get away with in the meantime.
