  1. It‘s something after all. But 2021 is a bit late too, so I’m really not overwhelmed. Even catholic Ireland voted yes years ago. But it’s something.

  2. I gotta say, I don’t have much respect for abstention voters. Living in a direct democracy is such a unique privilege, literally no other country on earth has this system.

    Yet these individuals decide to stay on the sidelines. Even on matters of human rights.

  4. Been a long time that I felt proud of fellow Swiss people doing the right thing outside of Reddit. Never thought I‘d have to say that sentence, but here we are and I‘m LOVING it. Ehe für alle, let‘s gooooo!!

  5. It had some of the stupidest arguments against. Like claiming it is a law “against” hetero couples.

  6. It baffles me that over one million voted no. There’s no argument to be had here in my mind.
