If they prove IT was russia da will almost certainly do sth. But they don’t want to be firt because Russia can use nukes only for DEFENCE reasons.

An attack at a farm with two missiles looks more like a mistake than an attack.
This will lead to more weapon delivereies for Ukraine and more AA at Polands border. May be shooting down everything in range (even in Ukraine).
Putin used to be in KGB. It’s a scare strategy. If he wanted to invade us, he sure as hell wouldn’t have opened it with 2 missiles hitting some random silo.

No. Going to war with Russia is not a proportional response. There needs to be harsh consequences tho, or Russia will keep landing rockets near the border and this will happen again. Hopefully something like destroying the launch site of these missiles, or providing Ukraine with the capability to do this themselves.
