1. It’s true and unfortunately this law has been repealed. Incoming unnecessary emissions.

2. Yeah. Accident is a bit of an understatement though:

3. Only circuit races and other races with 2+ competitors driving in direct competition (i.e. close together) are/were banned, not motor racing in general. There’s a lot of hillclimbing races for example.

4. Ho wants to race? Nowdays people glue themselves onto the street.
