  1. ‘The co-founder of a neo-Nazi group has been sentenced to eight years in jail.
Ben Raymond was found guilty of being a member of banned terrorist organisation National Action following a trial at Bristol Crown Court.’

  2. Let me first say: FUCK NAZIS. This guy is exactly where he belongs and he and everyone like him can get fucked. fuck you. swallow a knife.

That said, from a legal standpoint what teeth does stuff like this have? Like if these human bags of shit had 2 braincells to share between themselves and just started a new club called “Federal activity” what powers does the law have at that point?

Are we reliant on these guys being utter dumbasses to do anything?

  3. >He was also convicted of possessing a manifesto by Norwegian terrorist Anders Breivik

This is the second case today where someone has been jailed, in part, for possessing this document (Sam Imrie was also charged with the same thing).

I don’t know what is written in the document, but presumably it is just words expressing ideas.

Are those ideas really so dangerous that we need to throw people in jail for simply *possessing them* in written form?

(I know, they did other things too, but possessing this document was specifically mentioned in both cases).

  4. Even when NA got listed as a terrorist organisation, he somehow escaped being prosecuted. He was even doorstepped by the local news. So it’s not like they didn’t know where he was.

    Was always a bit fishy

    >Barra McGrory QC, defending, sought to differentiate between National Action and other terrorist groups.

    >”The views of the organisation are undoubtedly repugnant to many people in the UK,” he said.

    >”This is an extremely small group of individuals which is not one that is actually engaged in violent terrorist activity.

    >”Neither is it one that has a structure in terms of being organised into cells in militaristic guerrilla warfare, such as al Qaida or the Irish Republican Army.”

LOL Fuck off. Jack Renshaw was plotting a terrorist attack on the police when he got grassed on. He was openly having meetings about it with his NA comrades in a pub in Warrington.
