Developers increasingly not willing to build due to out of control costs.
This is not good.
I am shocked that a Fianna Fáil minister has presided over an absolute botch job of a scheme. Who could have imagined this might happen!
I’m glad this is flopping, sick of developers getting bailed out. If they won’t build on the land there should be a use it or lose it policy and the state should step in and take control
> .. risk associated with the construction phase, with no finance coming in and with no guaranteed end purchaser at the end.
That would indicate they are only interested in building those build to rent enslavement complexes to single investors.
