“Mental health patients’ records and safeguarding alerts have not been available in some trusts since 4 August, when NHS software provider, Advanced, was hit by a ransomware attack which targeted its Carenotes records system.”
What a company paying lip service to cyber security….
I’m mildly shocked
It only affected the trusts on that list of 12 that decided to allow advanced to host their services when purchasing the products.
Some of the trusts on the list of 12 made the decision to host their services outside of advanced and were not affected.
