That last tweet aged well after our match against Egypt… I’m not watching the World Cup, not because of Qatar, just because I don’t want to torture myself by watching us fail again.
Premium grade Belgian copium
People make football so more important than it is.
Panem et circenses.
Twitter is the opposite of Belgium.
Belgium is proof the wheels will keep turning, even without a figurehead if the apparatus is powered by enough people on lower levels.
Twitter is proof that one loud doofus won´t be abled to claim his company into success without the gruntwork done.
Why is this so funny and sad at the same time
Yeah nah fam
I think he has it the wrong way round. Belgium is a place where we are without a CEO for a year or more but staff is still there keeping things running more or less. Twitter is a company with only a CEO left..
Edit : the correct comparison would be if all government workers (front desk, admin, police, fire department, healthcare etc) left and only the ministers and Alexander were left.
Just dismantle all parties and go for democratic technocracy, you can vote on decisions not on parties.
All voting rounds are accompanied by a test that checks your understanding of the problem. If you don’t understand it, no vote.
