A pensioner living in suburban Brisbane is runaway murderer Lord Lucan, says a leading computer scientist who claims state-of-the-art facial recognition technology has positively identified the elderly man as the missing British aristocrat.
Professor Hassan Ugail, from the University of Bradford, unmasked Jamal Khashoggi’s killers and the Russian poisoners in Salisbury, and believes his world-leading AI photo analysis technology may have cracked British society’s most infamous murder mystery as a matter of “science and mathematical fact”.
