If you hurry, you can catch Salty Bouy serving some fresh Irish oysters from the west coast at Lennox Street Grocer in Portobello. They even have wild ones!

I’ll take my chances with my own boogers
Oysters clams and Cockles!!!
I would rather eat my own tongue.
Oysters are actually rank. I reckon most people say they like them because they are considered “fancy” in society. Either swallow them whole and have a big cold oyster sitting in your stomach or chew on grit and pieces of shell. yum
Oysters are minging.
That looks vile but I’m all for people having diversified food taste. No sense keeping to the same basic chicken and beef. The Irish should be eating more seafood tbh
Sorry, I know I’m breaking this sub’s rules for posting food that’s not crisp sandwiches, greasy breakfast or chicken rolls. Apologies!
‘He was a bold man that first ate an oyster!’
Oysters look like something that fell out of the nose of a cow.
Lovely oysters but they don’t love me 🤮💩
Bearded clams?
Damn they look good.

Oysters are fecking horrible. Its like swallowing a load of snot with a teaspoon of seawater.

At first glance I thought tour tray was a giant brown box with one GIGANTIC oyster 🤣
It took me a good 30 seconds to realise there weren’t giant oysters in this photo 😂
