Just got back from Poland visiting the in-laws. Interesting map – Now I am back in… Poland!

  1. I find it hard to believe to be actually true. I worked in South London schools for longer than I care to admit and the number of Polish students I worked with is surprisingly low. If we were the ” most spoken language” I ‘d hear it a lot more than I do and all that.

But, it would definitely be reflected in proportion of students. I am not saying that there aren’t any Polish people in UK. But, come on.

  2. Do Irish speak Gaelic? No German speakers? More Clickbait.

  3. It’s gotten so bad that I now speak Polish too.

Jk ofc. I like being able to speak it… even if I’m not great.

  4. Wikipedia says there are about 654 010 people living in the UK as of 2011, who are either polish or have polish roots, so no big suprise. There is most likely more of them.
