Are the fluo vests to signal to people that they aren’t really running around in full nazi costume, or is this some kind or art house movie that has some deeper meaning by dressing nazi’s in pink fluorescent vests?

Can confirm. They’re shooting in Spa and elsewhere in Belgium. Their gear is installed near the cemetery and the Sol Cress area.
It’s called God’s Spy and is directed by Todd Komarnicki, who wrote Sully (with Tom Hanks) for example.
I see the S&V conference is putting alot of focus on safety

i live in antwerp next to the diamond district. They were making a movie here a year ago. And we watched them at night filming from our bedroom windows. Of course I filmed and posted it.
There is a f1 movie in yhe making with brad pitt.. just sayin
