Since it was inevitable that he would receive a custodial sentence, I can’t see any reason why he wasn’t remanded in custody to await sentence. Can anyone enlighten me?
Bailed to go abroad after being convicted of such a serious offence? Questions need to be asked about that judges decision making.
Not brown so can’t analyse psychology and social background, so don’t care
Whilst it feels like the judge was wrong to take the risk, it did pay off, he reported as per the terms.
So a guy who has had sexually assaulted two young girls is allowed to go on holiday in our justice system. Seems to make sense…. /s
I know they have to act according to whatever guidelines are already in place but find it difficult to comprehend the situation where judges are exposing the public to these kinds of offenders unnecessarily.
Does Greece allow sexual predators to enter their country without an approved visa?
