In the case of sports the English option is only for removing the commentary. Programs that were originally in English (or other languages) that have been dubbed will often have the original language track under the English option.
There isn’t English commentary at all
Well it is a Finnish public broadcaster, broadcasting into Finland, so what did you exactly expect?
No English, only Finnish and Swedish in Finland. 😎
