  1. “On one occasion she told a shop manager that she was only answerable to God.”

She was definitely ringing Joe earlier about those adoption dolls

  2. It sounds like everyone in that courtroom, prosecution, defence and judge, were doing their best with her, it’s a shame she’s gone off the reservation like this, you’d feel sorry for her family who are obviously also trying to mind her..

  3. An elderly woman who’s losing her memory, says she is only answerable to God and doesn’t believe Covid exists shouldn’t be put in jail.

Our whole criminal justice system needs a rethink.

  4. Feel sorry for everyone involved, her children were in court pleading with her just to stay out of the same shops she had caused trouble in before and she would get bail, instead she refused and went into custody for months.

She is either showing signs of early onset dementia or is a vulnerable person who has been coerced by the far right anti mask element.

  5. Putting people in jail for not wearing a mask seems just as crazy as not wearing a mask 7 times in a row.

Forcing people to comply or leaving her with no other option to but to go to jail. (small towns only have 1 local shop)

Seems oddly drawn out to me, Garda should just round all the anti vaxers and put them in a camp like the Gestapo they want to be, save the time ye know.

  6. What with the jabs and total complaint with masks Bandon should be a covid free zone I take it. lol

  7. Someone wants to be a martyr getting all the attention. Pathetic really, she’s got what she wanted now but I can’t help but think a stiffer sentence would have been more appropriate to make her think. There’s clearly feck all wrong with her other than the fact she’s pig ignorant and contrary.
