Yeah it’s Phishing and it’s being recognized as so when you go to the URL (by google at least).

Honestly, why do people even consider that this might have a sliver of being legit? It just screams scam.
Looks like a scam to me, maybe you should call your bank agency so they can check up on this issue.

It is scam. In case of doubt when receiving a message like this, call your bank, shop, institution, etc before going to these sites and be phished.
