Koo Stark won a case against the Daily Mail years ago because they kept reporting that she carried on sleeping with Prince Andrew after he married Fergie.
It’s weird to see them carry on repeatedly libeling the same person for decades. At some point we have to admit that our legal system isn’t doing enough to deter the newspapers from committing libel and considering the damages to be a reasonable cost of doing business!
It’s not like it’s difficult to write a negative article around her in the context of Prince Andrew. She came to his defence of his character when he was very credibly accused of being a child rapist. That’s a lot worse than their lie that she used to be a porn star!
Dont care who she is, anyone getting damages from the DM is doing a good deed.
