The flower’s name is Erica Manipuliflora. Tbh it’s the first time i have ever heard of it. Its common name is Autumn Heather.
As the others said before me it’s made out of heather flower and it is by far the tastiest honey ever. That’s the only one I eat for the past 10 years but usually is hard to find because the flower is very sensitive to weather conditions. It is called “ereiki” or “reiki” or as we call it in our area “sousoura”
Thanks everyone! It is indeed the most delicious honey I have ever tasted. So now I have to figure out how to get it in germany.
EDIT: Soo I just looked it up and realised we have something similar here. But holy moly this stuff is expensive – but totally worth it.

Heather honey. Edit: Honey farmer is Dim. Zafiropoulos from Amaliada.
It’s honey from heather flowers, specifically [these ones](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erica_manipuliflora)
