(Not saying Scotland is any better – in fact IIRC we’re the worst in Europe, but it’s just surprising that it seems like everyone in Europe is eating too many carbs)
I can’t identify what this is 😀
My condolences
That’s a soft turd atop some overcooked pasta
And 223k rsd gets you a 256GB iPhone 14 pro.
p.s. Back in the day when I went to the mensa, lunch was either 55 of 59 RSD, can’t remember, something like that. Lets say ca 2010 AD. Let’s say 1 EUR was 100 RSD in mid 2010, so lunch was 50-60 Euro cents.
The mensa breakfast was I think less than 40 rsd.
In the Netherlands you can’t eat for 1 euro. It’s almost enough for one snicker and that’s it!
so what’s with that turd? That stuff still having some nutrion left? low on budget?
Can smeone explain me what it is? The oly things I recognize are the pickles and the white bread.
Two years ago I visited Sid. Damn, that food was really awesome.
one million times this over that sorry french lunch
Ooo kompot is a good idea, haven’t had that in a while
Finally!! Something that looks like real food.
somebody even took a dump in your plate…
In Portugal, you can almost eat a Snickers bar at the supermarket for 1.02€ (it’s 1.05€).
Now this is a lunch, I remember the uni food in eastern Europe always being much hardier and filling while in France you get something that might feed the birds, my German university in Frankfurt had very nice meals as well
A turd, vomit and some blood clots – Delicious! /s
Here for 1.02€ they give you just the bread.
*Sidenote
You get to eat for 1.02Eur if you placed in top ranking lists upon entrance examination.
Serbia universities hold limited amount of places, whereas higher scoring students get their tuition financed by the state, while lower ranking get to pay out of their own pocket.
If you are in competitive program such as Software Engineering, you will be pitted to either pay 2000eur tuition(self tuition) and in that case, if you don’t rank among top 30 out of 1000+ applicants, you will pay for this lunch 2.56 Eur, and NOT 1.02.
If you went to less competitive program, such as arts history, or studying Albanian language at faculty of philology, you would be given the subsidized benefits.
Students do game the system and they sell their own cafeteria cards, but formally speaking, the state would rather see you die and starve if you aren’t in top ranks.

I already ate the soup 😅
Those are some big plums if they are indeed plums
From all these photos, I’m wondering why people eat so many carbs? And then I am not surprised at the rising incidence of diabetes: https://diabetesatlas.org/data/en/region/3/eur.html
