Forgot to add that this was taken five days ago and I always seem to forget about the [OC]. There seems to be a yellow mix among the needles of the spruce tree because there is a very large yellow birch growing behind it. There is a goldeneye nest box in the spruce.
The maple tree in my yard was so red last week it looked like it was on fire
