Tried to return a backpack I bought from Wardow. Twice my parcel has been “Refused – Returned to Sender”. Wardow are claiming that delivery was never attempted. No other information on Deutsche Post tracking portal, either. Perhaps someone can help translate the stickers or has knowledge of how the postal system works?

  1. They would have to pay import taxes on it and probably don’t have a process for that so they let it bounce.

  3. nothing on the package gives any information as to why it was returned. Did the package get to Dresden or Frankfurt? Or even further inland?
