Vlaams Belang: stroking themselves over russia being an authoritarian, religious, conservative, hateful state. They see the kind of repression the Kremlin can inflict on its people and they wish to bring the same thing over here.
PVDA: stroking themselves over Soviet nostalgia, hate the west for having achieved all of the good things communism promised with none of the oppression, literally tankies. They would rather see Europe burn before they accept that their ideology is flawed.
PVDA actually voted against. VB neutral.
Was a PVDAer but their stance on Ukraine baffled and shocked me. Looking for a new party to vote for.
Who is suprised
These guys say “eigen volk eerst” but they would be the first to sell out their countrie if the Russians are at their doorstep. Just like far right’s alliance with the nazi’s during the occupation of Belgium.
Anyone rooting for Russia, I invite you to come there with me. I can leave you there for a year and come back the next year to pick up you up. Or should I say, pick what’s left after you specially if you made any critics towards Russian army or any officials.

This is part of a russian strategy that is actually in some text books for their officers: fund the fringes and destabilize the democracies to weaken the opponents, same way they worked with trump.
