I never park there. Just go into the blue or green parking areas for the shopping center.

More people heading to Blanch for the shopping rather than navigate the utter disaster that is Navan right now. Seems to be roadworks on every corner at the moment. First they dug up the roads, then the foot paths then the roads again then blocking roads to fix the footpaths. Then it’ll be close the roads to dig up and resurface the roads they dug up before. All part of the 2030 plan.
Kennedy Plaza wasn’t designed to be a parking lot, it was intended as a public plaza and to hold events / small concerts. Like many other towns car-centric policy has ruined the space, there’s several multi-storey car parks across the road..
