It goes further than this boss, there is approx 120,000 families in the UK living in homes that have mould. We need a proper reform of the regulations so that landlords and housing associations must act on issues like this quickly.

I would sue the person at the top of ladder of this housing association, whose actual annual salary is absolutely outrageous.
Like all the CEO’s of businesses including the NHS, charity CEO’s etc.
Why are they paid so much money??
They hardly ever face any consequences when things go badly wrong anyway.
They should be made to resign who needs an enquiry ?? Come on ffs, it’s all about communication and they don’t need to make another committee to discuss this.
Always stalling and cost’s the tax payers to foot the bill. I would tell this family to sue them all.
