Still the right thing to do, that is why it looks inflated. + 280k are students with many coming in now after taking classes online before cuz of covid Excluding Ukrainian refugees it’d be around the same as the last record? Excluding other refugees from Afghanistan, Hong Kong from new visa programs it’d probably be less noticeable?
