Considering the weird English and the non-working links in their “Channel Info” https://www.youtube.com/@H24NET/about and their total absence of any information on who is running it, plus their very low activity rate, that isn’t a news channel. It’s someone reposting content.
I can’t see any relevance to Germany by the way.
Or is this supposed to be some kind of astroturfing?
