What’s the best way to get help from Deutsche Bahn (please hold your laughter) with their website/user accounts in English? I’ve sent an email to kundenkonto\[at\][bahn.de](https://bahn.de), and also DM’d them on Twitter, but I’m getting big shouting-into-the-void vibes from the experience.
My two-factor authentication for bahn.de just randomly stopped working, so now I’m unable to access my account.

    > Meine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind leider nicht gut. Ich spreche jedoch fließend Deutsch und Bahnisch. **I’m afraid I only speak German. Please contact my colleagues at: (0049) 30 2970. You can reach them daily from 00:00 to 24:00 *[sic]*.**

    Which is a bit indirect but I guess you can get support in English over the phone.
