Nicola Furlong was sexually assaulted and strangled to death on May 24th 2012, her killer was released today after just ten years in prison

  4. This guy should have had a much longer sentence. Everything he did was thought out, and there were plenty of opportunities for him to back out, or at least not make the situation even worse. He and a friend spiked two girls drinks, took them back comatose to a hotel in a taxi, sexually assaulted one of the girls in the taxi, got wheelchairs from the hotel to bring both of them to the men’s rooms, and raped them while they were unconscious. Nicola Furlong woke up during this and screamed, and was strangled.

    There’s video evidence of the sexual assault in the taxi, and of the two men pushing the passed out girls in the wheelchair in the hotel but still the killer claims it was all an accident. I don’t know how Japanese law works, but I don’t see how they can put someone like that back on the streets although I assume he will be immediately deported to the USA.

    It’s unfortunate that, even with maximum sentencing, he served only 10 years, due to being a minor according to Japqnese law.

    Hopefully that shitbag doesn’t get an opportunity to re-offend.

  11. The hotel didn’t think that men taking unconscious women to their hotel room was something odd? They gave them fucking wheelchairs to do it?

  13. Problem the world over it seems. Victim gets a permanent sentence of no more life, family get a life sentence of loss and grief and perpetrator gets a second or 202nd chance. Any party that puts vermin away for the rest of their natural life gets my vote.

  14. He was realised and spent most of his time inside living a pretty easy life. Online to his own he’s a hero and will go home to a hero’s welcome. A product of good old USA

  15. One thing I love about Native American matriarchies is treating rape ase seriously as murder. Then again some people kill once but never again. Every rapist is a repeat offender so it makes no sense to ever let them out of prison.
