I have just visited the states, and there I found some amazing probiotic [Sauerkraut and Kimchi](https://www.clevelandkitchen.com/pages/krauts) – i.e. it is not pasteurized and still has the live fermenting bacteria inside.
I think here the one you find in the jar in the grocery store (e.g. Spreewald) is pasteurized and no longer has the live bacteria.
Is there anywhere in Germany, or any brand which carries the probiotic type? This is the land of Sauerkraut so I think I should be able to find this somewhere.
