Looks odd. Especially the placement of the windows.
Not only is it ruining the whole appearance of the house but it also has extremely weird and unpleasant proportions.
It also seems impractical.
Just more architects ruining existing building by trying to be “creative” and “innovative” and “blending old with new”. It is very “vogue” these days to ruin nicely proportioned and working architecture with some new “architecture”.
It could be considered to be more of a statement of one’s own egoism than architectural work.
I find this practice quite ridiculous and unprofessional.
