So the LDA was created 4 years ago in 2018. As far as i can see it hasnt delivered even one home in that time.
This tells you how much of a priority this gov places on state owned housing. Its far down the list if not overlooked. This is on purpose and is idealogy/policy.
The market and profit comes first.

Sold to who? Why are they being sold at all? We need more rental properties in Ireland, not more state built housing sold into private ownership.
There were allotments on that site. 5 years ago they moved them to near the tents club in shankill so that construction could start. Then the LDA was setup and it stopped for some reasons. These would probably be finished by now were it not for the LDA
