  2. I got a light off amazon a few weeks back and have been doing around 20 mins every morning in front of it. I still get that slump afterabout 8 hours energy wise but mood wise I can’t belive the difference its made. I’m more energetic, getting stuff done and not just lying around scrolling and feeling sorry for myself. For context the last 2 winters I basically slept through when not at work. So far this year I’m doing my hobbies again and started doing up the house. The light box was all of €35 so not out a fortune either
