Fantastic news. Seems like a lovely guy, a real credit to us on and off the field.
My family knew his grandad (RIP) who I’m sure would be pleased to hear that.
He is a great player, chatted with him a few times, very nice guy from the brief conversations we had.
This is a pretty huge deal tbf, it’s about as high as individual honours go in rugby. Sexton and Keith Wood are previous winners from Ireland. His name goes up on the list along side some all time greats.
He has been consistently fantastic this year well earned.
Good to see him win it. Seems like a nice fella and has reached the level he’s at now through hard work and dedication as he’s not especially big or physically gifted for his position.
