I know the headline “Brexiter talks lying bollocks again” is well fatigued by now, but we can never let these scumbags get away with it. Never let people forget what these con-artists did to carry out their self-serving agenda.
He knew but did not care. That is probably all that can be said about those who ignored any Brexit warnings while in government.
The thing that gets me about it all is that there are still people in government adamant that all of this was forced on us at gunpoint and that we’ve been wronged somehow.
I think the NI Protocol is the one thing preventing civil unrest. Because the moment Northern Ireland loses its access to the Single Market, things are gonna kick off again.
