Right I’m going to say it. Where the fuck is all these SJWs types at?
I mean they speak for me (a LGB individual) on matters that never have affected me or are an issue. They’ve stated how I live in a toxic, evil, bigoted, racist, abhorrent, systematically problematic country, and the rest. They have cancelled people for making jokes and the ilk, but now push has come to shove, the very same companies that have virtual signaled their support with these SJWs on these matters doing absolutely nothing about a country that does actually practice they claim our country does.
If these people where less hypocritical on this I would respect it more. I don’t think we have the right to tell a difference country how it sets it’s morals. I don’t think anyone should be harmed for being LGB. But if your a company that has supported certain ideologies stick to your principals and don’t support those that appose them.
I needed to rant about this. Best thing we can do as the public is not to go over there, not to buy tickets, not to even watch it on TV. Don’t be hypocritical on this and hurt them where it matters, the pocket.
If Virgin have always flown to Qatar, I bet their uniform choices have always been curtailed

This is a place where women face 7 years in prison for sex outside of marriage, often even if they were raped. I hope the fans that are traveling there realize they are trawling your social media right now for a reason to deport you or worse. Do you think a Qatari policeman cares if that photo of you in a dress was for a joke? that they understand the context?
This is the largest event the country has ever hosted by several orders of magnitude, these police officers are used to beating migrant workers to death with impunity. They’ve got complete control over the media, who are busy looking at the pitch anyway, some people won’t get a fancy holiday out of this.
